Michelle Schneck serves as the Principal Broker of Snappy Realty and Management. With over 20 years of real estate experience combined with an engineering degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Michelle has the ability to guide you through the mathematical intricacies of investment returns and project analysis or straight forward market metrics.  After an illustrious career selling new homes for national and local builders she dedicated her time to managing a home while home-schooling and raising her two boys. Today she leads two Community Bible Study groups (one for adult women and another for teenagers) and volunteers as a children’s worship leader at her home church, The Mission Church in Cardiff by the Sea.   In addition to her community service she helps friends, neighbors and investors acquire, manage and sell their homes and investments. Michelle loves spending her free time with family and friends at the beach, a basketball game or dining out.
